As one the most long-established poker rooms in Sin City, this venue honors its heritage by spreading a more old-fashioned selection of different poker games than many modern venues. Low-stakes cash tables run Omaha eight-or-better, seven-card stud, plus the more contemporary spread-limit hold’em and no-limit hold’em games. Daily and weekly no-limit hold'em tournaments also run with buy-ins between $20 and $100. It is possible to reserve a cash-game seat or register for a tournament at Sam’s Town by phoning the casino.

The Sam’s Town poker room is found at the far end of the casino floor. The surrounding walls are eggshell colored and frame more than 10 tightly-packed packed poker tables.
